to a standstill, but I had 2 and a half pound off last night at my Slimming World Group.5 st 3lb
I was so pleased and on top of that my fantastic group voted me Group Man of the Year 2008. I got presented with a beautiful silver star paper weight, I now have a chance of getting to the National Finals in London.... (Who would have believed it)

They might start having them dudes on Newcastle prom,or up at the Port,down the Strand even,(if they havn't already)..what with all the foreign people coming visiting our beautiful n "peaceful" wee country..n then forgetting to leave...hmm
