Yet Again

Another pound off tonight, making it:

6 Stone 8 Lb off

I was thinking about the ones who say "Oh, don't lose anymore weight"... It's a pity they didn't say to me years back...
"Oh, don't put anymore weight on"

Maybe they did, and I just never listened..... lol
